Shipping + Returns


All orders require a processing time of 5-7 business days (add 3 additional business days during sales and holidays; wholesale items require up to 14 business days) and are shipped via USPS standard speed. Expect to receive your order within 3-5 days of shipping confirmation. Your order will be shipped to the shipping address on your account or your order details. Multiple orders placed on the same day to the same address will be packaged and shipped together where possible. Any difference in shipping fees paid by the customer and actual shipping costs will be refunded. Please be sure to be at home when it is delivered. We will not be responsible for missing packages or rerouting packages to a different address.


At this time, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once your order has shipped.  Please be sure to read the product description and list of ingredients before placing your order. All bottles are safety sealed to guarantee freshness and that products are not tampered with. If your items are damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately Under special circumstances, we may make a concession on your return request. Send us an email so we can determine how best to assist you.  If you need to cancel your order, send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order cannot be canceled.


Product arrive damaged? Broken pump?
Don’t stress! Just send an email to letting us know what’s up— to speed up the process we’d love if you could send a photo of the merchandise as well.

Please note that it is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear! To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged merchandise for inspection by the carrier if your product does arrive damaged.

My package says it’s delivered, but I don’t see it!
No need to panic! Sometimes this happens– Please follow the procedure below:

     + Confirm your shipping address

     + Check your mailbox or around the entrances of your residence. To protect the package from weather or theft, the courier may have left it in another safe place

     + Check with others at your address or with your neighbors/doorman! This is our most often occurrence

     + Check for a notice of attempted delivery. This notice will have more information and the next steps you should take to receive your package

     + Give it a little more time. Some carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival. We suggest waiting 2 business days to account for this

     + Contact the carrier: use your tracking number to start a claim with the carrier
